How the score works
Success rate = checkouts ÷ (checkouts + declines that are the profile's fault). Retailer-side declines (stock, quantity limit) never count against you. Each profile is scored per retailer, so a profile can be great on one store and burnt on another. An approved profile edit resets that profile's window, so old declines stop dragging the score.
What each decline means
💳 Card Declined — the payment method. Fix the card. At 3× the profile is auto-paused until the card is fully swapped or updated.
🔥 Reseller — the retailer flagged the profile as a reseller. Cooked on the first hit: swap the entire profile including payment info (keep the account).
🚫 Item Demand — the retailer is fingerprinting the profile. 3× = burnt. Swap everything except the email, and make sure nothing overlaps your other profiles.
🏦 Decision Manager / Code 201 — the issuing bank / DM. These are filtered out as noise and won't show here at all — the only exception is Pokémon Center hitting the same profile on 3 back-to-back drops, which means it's fingerprinted. Then rotate the name, address, and card (the email can stay).
🔢 Quantity Limit — usually a normal purchase limit (resets once items ship) and doesn't hurt your score. But hitting it with zero checkouts usually means the sites are linking your accounts (TMX) — change your jig.
📦 OOS at Checkout — the item sold out. Never counts against you.
✖️ Order Cancelled — normal while an account warms up (first ~5 checkouts). If orders keep cancelling after 5+ checkouts, the jig likely needs adjusting.
Actions on a profile
Swapped info? — mark a profile as swapped so older declines stop counting (an approved edit does this for you automatically).
Archive — hide a retired profile from the list.
